Writing

This is a place for ideas, observations, and partial results that do not quite fit the shape of an academic paper: sometimes too speculative, sometimes too incomplete, sometimes simply adjacent to the main thread. I am putting them here because loose ends can still point somewhere useful. Thoughts and objections are very welcome.
